Room Block Cutoff

Please book by May 11, 2026 to receive the group rate.

After this date, rooms will be available based on availability and prevailing rates.

Getting There

Chicago is served by two major airports:

O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

Midway International Airport (MDW)

Both are approximately 30–45 minutes from the venue, depending on traffic.

Transportation & Getting Around

Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the city.

Valet and self-parking are available at the hotel.

The venue is located in Chicago’s Gold Coast, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and Lake Michigan. Taxis, rideshares, and public transportation are easily accessible.

Parking

Valet parking will be available at the hotel at a special event rate of $35 until 2:00 AM, with overnight valet available for $75.

Self-parking is also available at the 900 North Michigan Avenue, with an overnight rate of $54.

Weather

June in Chicago is typically warm with mild evenings. We recommend checking the forecast closer to the date and planning accordingly, especially for evening attire.
